Westslope Properties Becomes Licensed Idaho/Washington Brokerage

Coeur d’Alene --- Westslope Properties is now licensed in Idaho, Oregon and Washington States as a Real Estate Brokerage.

The Idaho office of Westslope Properties, located in Coeur d’Alene, is now a fully qualified brokerage firm that will exclusively broker the sale of its own forestland properties.  Additionally, the company’s offices in Medford, Monmouth and LaGrande, Oregon and Colville, Washington were also recently licensed as brokerages.

Kevin Boling, Westslope’s Western Director of Land Transactions, has been named Designated Broker for the Idaho office, Jim Lemieux, the company’s Idaho Real Estate Manager, is Associate Broker, and Kathy Edlund, is the licensed Real Estate Administrative Assistant.

Bob Anderson, Real Estate Manager of the company’s Colville, Washington office, has also been named as Designated Broker.

“Obtaining the Licensed Brokerage designation is a significant step for Westslope,” said Kevin Boling.  “We believe North Idaho and Eastern Washington are once again on the cusp of some incredible growth and progress, so being able to market our properties to the public and through professional realtors will allow us to be a positive influence on that growth.”

Boling indicated that both he and Lemieux are foresters, allowing them to provide a more detailed level of information about each parcel of forestland.  This would include data concerning timber values, forest management practices, and highest and best use of the land.  Additionally, Westslope has established strategic partnerships with organizations like Farm Credit Bank to provide clients with access to financing.
