Westslope Properties Becomes Licensed Oregon Brokerage

The Oregon offices of Westslope Properties, with the main office in Medford and branch offices in La Grande and Monmouth, have recently been designated as a fully qualified brokerage firm that will exclusively broker the sale of its own properties.

Mark Skillman is the Principal Broker and is located in the Medford Office. Steve McClelland works out of the La Grande location and Rod Shepard and Melissa Long are with the Monmouth office.

Westslope Properties is unique in that it sells only its own properties and offers a diverse portfolio of both large and small forestland parcels including secluded home sites, recreational and conservation tracts, timber management tracts, investment properties, and large development properties.

As forest and rural land specialists, Westslope Properties' Oregon team can provide a detailed level of information about each parcel of forestland. This includes data concerning timber values, forest management practices, and highest and best use of the land.

The company also regularly conducts pre-sale entitlement and development efforts. Westslope Properties has had a broad presence in Oregon for several years. The brokerage designation now allows them to enhance their scope of services and bring a new skill set to the state's real estate industry.

The company also has brokerage offices in Washington, Idaho, Lousianna and Minnesota.
